Park City Roasters in Kimball Junction was one of our favourite go-to spots for coffee! It was within walking distance from our hotel and we loved the drip coffee so much that we went back multiple times.
They're a small batch roaster that opened in 1997, that just also happened to be founded by twins! The coffee shop has a roastery in the back which means the freshest coffee every time you stop by! I loved that their different blends were creatively named after ski terms like the "black diamond" and the "park city" blend. They also offered pastries and specialty drinks too.
It was definitely a busy spot for locals which is always a good sign. I love seeing people stop by in their colourful snow gear before and after a day on the slopes!
