La Finca

I'm so excited that I finally got to try La Finca thanks to the Indie Coffee Passport! It's been on my list forever and it's not too far from my office! It's the perfect spot to have a coffee, eat a snack or plan a meeting!

La Finca is a café and shared work space all in one. You can reserve rooms for group meetings or breakout sessions for an hourly fee.  If you get hungry, you can order breakfast or lunch or even some pastries to tie you over.

I enjoyed a cappuccino when I went and loved the swan design! I admired the decor while sipping my coffee. The beautiful lighting, exposed brick and plants makes this café so instagram worthy. My photos just don't do it justice! I know I will definitely be back here soon!

Café Oui Mais Non (II)

Hi Everyone! The coffee crawl continues with the Indie Coffee Passport! This was my second visit to Oui Mais Non (see original post back in 2015 here).

I love the retro vibe in this cozy spot in Villeray. My friend C and I settled in with our iced coffees to try to beat the heat! We got a spot near the back on a large table close to outlets and plugged in for a little while to work! I love this spot so much and their coffee too! They have long hours - 7 am to 11 pm every day.

Thanks ICP for the giving me an excuse to come back here!

Canal Lounge

Canal Lounge is a unique floating bar café on a 45 year old canal boat! It's the first of its kind on Montreal, located on the Lachine Canal. It's the perfect spot to get in the nautical spirit for happy hour, or for a night cap. The boat is parked on the dock steps just steps away from the Atwater market and is open during from May 27th until October this year.

The atmosphere is so beautiful around sunset and I love the lounge music. I went with some colleagues and we started our evening inside the boat and then got lucky enough to find a spot on top of the boat. We sipping our French press coffee and chatted on the boat for a few hours while enjoying the summer breeze.

Don't miss your change to enjoy a beautiful Montreal summer day on this gorgeous boat!

Olive + Gourmando

This is my second post about the beautiful Olive + Gourmando located in the heart of Montreal's Old Port (first post here).

I had a cappuccino and my favourite Cuban panini (pancetta, roasted pork and gruyère topped with a lime, cilantro, chipotle and pickle mayo). YUM!

This spot literally never disappoints. Can't wait to come back again soon!!
